We are available to translate your document when you need it. Write to us at contact@orientlinkmexico.com and send us your document to obtain a translation quote, or call our contact center on (33) 1818-0550.

Orient Link’s translation teams consist of a Head Translator and an experienced team of professional translators and terminologists. An operations coordinator is always available to ensure your translation is delivered on time and with excellent quality.

This is our specialty. While we work on all kinds of projects, our business model enables us to take on large-scale projects.

Once the translation has been authorized, the project manager meets with the translation team and introduces him or herself to the client. The client’s needs and the project terms are verified. Once finished, the translation is sent to the linguist in charge of revising terminology. Afterwards, syntax and formatting are revised before finally delivering to the client.

At Orient Link, we are mindful of our confidentiality and privacy policies. We use adequate procedures and policies, and sign any agreements needed to ensure our clients’ peace of mind.

Our extensive network of partners enables us to provide services throughout Mexico and around the world.

Certified translations by expert translators

A certified translation (also known in other countries as a sworn, official, or public translation) consists of translating official documents such as birth certificates, lawsuits, powers of attorney, marriage certificates, among other. A certified translation is performed by an accredited translator, referred to as expert translator, certified translator, or sworn translator.

If possible, we prefer you to send the original document so that the expert translator can verify its authenticity. If the document has an apostille seal, it needs to be clearly legible. The remaining requirements are the same as those of a simple translation.

Interpreting

Interpreting is the real time verbal translation of a conversation carried out by a person or between persons at the place where the conversation is being held. There are two types of interpreting: simultaneous and consecutive.

Consecutive interpreting: Does not require special equipment. The interpreter verbally translates after the speaker, who pauses while the translation takes place.
Simultaneous interpreting: Usually requires special equipment (interpreter cabin, headphones and radio transmitters). Verbal translation while the speaker is talking. This method is commonly used at diplomatic events, conferences and conventions.

Interpreting equipment rental
