What is a certified translation?

A certified translation (also known as a sworn, official or public translation in other countries) is the translation of official documents by a translator who is recognized by an official authority and is therefore called an expert translator, certified translator or sworn translator.

What is required for a certified translation?

If possible, we prefer you to send the original document so that the expert translator can verify its authenticity. If the document has an apostille seal, it needs to be clearly legible. The remaining requirements are the same as those of a simple translation.

Do you have simultaneous interpreting equipment?

What is interpreting?

Interpreting is the real time verbal translation of a conversation carried out by a person or between persons at the place where the conversation is being held. There are two types of interpreting: simultaneous and consecutive.

What is the difference between simultaneous and consecutive interpreting?

Consecutive interpreting: Does not require special equipment. The interpreter verbally translates after the speaker, who pauses while the translation takes place.
